With a strong background in total human resources management for both profit and not-for-profit organizations, Lisa has extensive experience in all phases of leadership development and talent management including; succession planning, executive coaching, performance management, organization development, employment, and training. She’s worked with manufacturing, technology, finance, healthcare, government, education and many other sectors. She is warm, goal-focused, honest and has a down-to-business style and has the ability to make the complex - easily understandable.
Lisa holds a bachelor’s degree in communication from the University of Massachusetts, and a master’s degree in training and organization development from Lesley University. Lisa has been an adjunct faculty member at Georgetown University in Washington, D.C. where she taught in the training and development program before moving to Southern California. Lisa also is the host of the Southern California Leadership Architect® Users group, which is held three times a year in various locations around Southern California.
